Cityline Block 3

Project consisting of core & shell of two 300,000 SF 7-story high-rise steel structures on podium above a 2-story below grade garage on approximately 175,000 SF of site. The project includes office, retail, and lobby space, and also features construction of two new streets, outdoor plazas and elaborate sitework featuring precast planters, unit pavers and stainless steel trellis above an ipe wood deck. The building exterior skin consists of precast and a unitized glass curtain wall System with integral terracotta.
