Project consists of two 130,000 SF core & shell, 4-story structural steel buildings. The exterior skin of the building is primarily a unitized curtain wall system with composite metal panel cladding of exterior fin features. The project also includes 610,000 SF of onsite improvements including landscape, outdoor dining areas and sports court.
