Franklin Street Apartments

This project consists of a 206 unit apartment complex on a 6.4 acre lot. Project consists of five buildings, some connected by seismic joint. The buildings are 3 and 4 story wood framed units over parking structures, one of which has an additional level of below grade parking. The 237,000 SF project consists of units ranging from 800 to 1900 square feet. In addition, the site work includes reconfiguration of both City and CalTrans streets.
