Project consists of two 121,000 SF, 4-story office buildings over one level of below grade parking and related site improvements. The site improvements consist of surface parking for employees and visitors, as well as outdoor employee amenities including additional outdoor seating areas in close proximity to the existing cafeteria, a centrally located recreation space, and exterior employee gathering places.
