This project consists of a 70,000 SF tenant improvement project of three floors within an existing 8-story building.
The project consists of high-end break rooms, private offices, open office space, video conference rooms, a multipurpose room, a reception area, and an outdoor patio with a fire pit. The new space also features a spiral staircase that connects all three floors through oval openings in the deck; the spiral staircase is steel supported and includes curved glass and carpeted stair treads. In addition to these improvements, the project also includes VRF mechanical systems and incorporates a Lutron lighting system that is integrated with the AV design.
