This project consists of a new 2-story structure totaling approximately 136,000 SF of warm shell and core, which includes a 49,000 SF basement level for parking. Skin consists of a combination of GFRC, metal paneling/cladding, and curtainwall/storefront systems. The project features new sitework throughout, efficient MEP systems and exterior skin elements. The project has zero net energy goals and is a LEED Platinum Award Winner.
