This project features 39,000 SF tenant improvement on the 4th floor of 3315 Scott Boulevard Building C. Improvement includes private and open offices, copy areas, meeting rooms, break rooms, two presentation rooms, an observation area, and a high-end demo space where new products are presented to customers. Additionally, a new HVAC rooftop unit was installed to supply cooling to a new server room. The main lobby includes polished concrete finish & (2) large main entry glass walls.
