Hotel Montgomery

Improvements include conversion of existing historic structure into new 86 room boutique hotel with interior/exterior restaurant. Project features restoration of historic elements including double hung wood windows, historic plaster, historic lobby mosaic flooring, and exterior facades. Other additions include addition of a interior mezzanine, new elevators, and other structural enhancements. Exterior Plaza consists of architectural concrete, fountains, and bocce courts.
