This project consists of a 64,000 SF exterior skin remodel and tenant improvement project includes major demolition of exterior and interior of existing space in multiple phases. The first phase includes demolition of existing non-structural interior spaces and complete removal of an existing ductwork level and equipment level. The second phase includes major structural and exterior demolition and remodel of the existing structure and curtain wall. The third phase features a tenant improvement build out of all new office space, complete MEP system upgrade, a new cafe, and 2nd floor mezzanine to house a Tech Talk. The building is to be the most energy efficient building on the corporate Mountain View campus.
