Levi's Stadium

Pre-construction and construction services were provided by Devcon for the 68,500 seat football stadium at the Great America site in Santa Clara. Devcon’s preconstruction effort began in 1997 with the passing of the voter approved ballot measures to construct a stadium and mall at Candlestick Point. Devcon performed pre-construction services for the Candlestick Point location and other locations throughout the Bay Area at various times in the early 2000’s until the project restarted in 2006 with a new architect at the Candlestick location. In 2008, the project moved to Santa Clara at its current location. Design/build pre-construction services included stadium and sitework estimating, structural and MEP systems constructability and life cycle analysis, design/build scope of work and criteria, scheduling and GMP bidding.
