Maude & Mathilda

This project consists of 570,000 SF of construction of three new core and shell office buildings. Project consists of two 6-story and one 5-story steel framed buildings. Project also features a 480,000 SF, cast-in-place, 5-level parking structure with an attached 6,000 SF structural steel amenities building for various tenant uses. The project will be the centerpiece of Sunnyvale’s high traffic Mathilda Avenue and serve as the new headquarters for, the world’s largest professional network, LinkedIn.
