Midway Village

Project consisting of demolition to three existing buildings, and construction of a multifamily rental development including two 4-story, Type-V wood framed buildings; Building A1 features 233,710 SF and Building A2 features 70,813 SF. The project consists of 147 housing units, a parking garage to accommodate 380 spaces, new street segments, community center with an adjoining private courtyard, learning center, as well as a semi-private play space and common area.
