201,839 SF project consisting of a concrete tilt-up shell building with 188,433 SF designated as warehouse, 6,867 SF assembly and 6,539 SF office tenant improvement. The building includes 8” reinforced SOG with dowel baskets at all control joints, concrete tilt-up panels with a 40’ clear height to bottom of truss, loading docks, ESFR fire system, panelized roof system, as well as TPO roofing, dock levelers, overhead doors including high speed and coiling, two 30,000 SF steel canopies for material loading, and infrastructure for (300+) future van distribution EV charging stations. The site is approximately 58 acres and includes grading and paving, along with underground utilities and tie-ins to existing utilities, bioswales and landscaping.
