NIAC Headquarters

This 26,000 SF project consists of a new office headquarters for Nonprofit Insurance Alliance of California. The project includes cembrit and parklex panel siding, lime plaster first floor exterior finish, central courtyard with a water feature, radiant slab heating and cooling system, PV solar panels, net zero design, and automated window and window covering controls.
