Oakmead Tower

This project consists of a 100,000 SF state of the-art Class ‘A’ 4-story warm shell and core office/R&D building on 4.56 acres. The steel frame building is primarily glass with GFRC skin, finished restroom cores and elevators. Site work features a patio, trellis seating area and public art.
