Building 2: 309,975 SF project consisting of interior tenant improvements to an existing 8-story building for Palo Alto Networks’ new headquarter campus. The project includes office space, server rooms, a film studio, and a café. Tenant improvements feature demolition and new construction of office spaces, server rooms, conference rooms, film studio, and food service areas.
Building 3: 30,485 SF project consisting of interior tenant improvements to an existing 2-story building for Palo Alto Networks’ new headquarter campus. This building features a cafe and fitness center, with tenant improvements including demolition and new construction of locker rooms, exercise rooms, restrooms, juice bar, kitchen and dining area.
