Mass grading and site improvements on 12.5 acres with construction of a 259,740 SF, 32’ clear height, shell concrete tilt-up building, with a fire pump house including two diesel fired generators. Project includes tenant improvements for Continental Tire, for tire storage to 30’ throughout a fully racked and lighted warehouse, 4,000 SF of office improvements, (26) dock positions with electrically operated dock equipment, either forklift battery charging stations, and a fully fenced site with automatic gates and a guardhouse.
