Redwood City Marshall Campus

This project consists of 51,000 SF interior tenant improvements of floors 1, 4 and 5 of a recently completed 8-story building. The first level consists of a small break area, security/badging, and a large training room. Floors 4 and 5 include office space, conference rooms, full break rooms and features open ceilings throughout most of the space which highlight the structure. High-end finishes include millwork wall paneling and wood ceilings, meeting booth (pods) and fabric ceiling panels. The fourth floor also features a servery, catering kitchen and dining area which serve as “All-hands” space.
