SAP Campus

This 83,000 SF project consists of complete interior demolition, voluntary partial seismic upgrade, ADA upgrade and new tenant improvements in four buildings. Buildings consist of three interconnected two and three story office buildings and once café. Office buildings include new fitness center and enclosure of breezeway for new lobby. Associated sitework includes new ADA access, walkways, retaining walls, landscape & irrigation and emergency generator.
