SK Hynix HQ

Design/build project consisting of a 2-story renovation to the existing SK Hynix office and VIP space. The 90,000 SF project features high-end finishes with custom millwork throughout the two-story lobby, CEO, CMO and Executive suites and conference rooms, open office areas with baffle ceilings, as well as a full-service kitchen and cafeteria space to serve the 300+ employees onsite. This project includes a fast-paced construction schedule to accommodate move in within six months.
