Skybox Data Center

This 564,789 SF project includes the demolition of three existing buildings, and new construction of a multi-purpose building comprised of a 4-story data center and six stories of office space. The project features a connecting loading dock with roll up doors, upgraded utility services, and a Day 1 office interior fit out. Additionally, the project features a new SVP substation on property which includes a double-ended 60kV tap from SVP.
