Tannery Artist Lofts

This 180,000 SF project consists of two 4-story apartment buildings built on a concrete podium with parking below. Project features 100 live/work apartments with 10’-0” ceilings on the lower floors and vaulted ceilings on the top floors. The buildings are designed to be compatible to the existing architecture as well as the historical elements that surround the site.
