The Plaza Foster City

This 555,000 SF design/build mixed-use high-density residential project serves as a major landmark and gateway to the Peninsula. The development features an urban classic contemporary design of 307 units and approximately 17,000 SF of retail space. The project consists of three main structures; two wood framed residential buildings (one four stories and one five stories) containing 300 rental apartments and seven live work units and a six tiered concrete long span parking structure housing 730 vehicles. All three buildings have concrete drilled piers foundations and the amenities include three courtyards with a pool and jacuzzi, exterior BBQ area and fireplace, resident media center, fitness center, community center and leasing center.
