UOP DeRosa Center

This new 55,000 SF student center consists of an event space, dining room, kitchen and servery, book store, meeting rooms, and a pub. The two-story building, designed by Gensler, has a brick façade to tie in with the style of the campus, plus composite rubber shingles at the roof, exposed wood trusses, numerous skylights, and a curtain wall system at the center lobby area. The project includes extensive site development and landscaping.
