USF Student Residence

This project features construction of two new Student Housing buildings at the University’s Lone Mountain campus. Both buildings are wood framed construction over concrete parking garage/podium. The West building is 110,760 SF and consists of five stories over a 1-story parking garage; this building provides 71 dormitory units, as well as amenity spaces. The East building is 123,690 SF and consists of four stories over a 1-story parking garage; this building provides 84 dormitory units, classrooms and amenity spaces. There are 156 parking spaces combined between the two buildings.
