    This two phase 53,500 SF project consists of the demolition of an antiquated gym, construction of a new gym, and renovation of an existing gym with construction scheduled to provide the client with uninterrupted use of at least one facility. The new construction includes a 28,500 SF basketball and volleyball gym with retractable grandstand seating, scoreboard, state of the art audio/visual system, concessions, main lobby, locker rooms complete with restrooms, showers and over 500 student lockers. The project also features a 6,500 SF fitness and weight room on the second floor with a high impact medicine ball wall, astroturf, cardio and weight machines, trainer’s offices and facilities to include hydrotherapy rooms.     This project consists of 51,000 SF interior tenant improvements of floors 1, 4 and 5 of a recently completed 8-story building. The first level consists of a small break area, security/badging, and a large training room. Floors 4 and 5 include office space, conference rooms, full break rooms and features open ceilings throughout most of the space which highlight the structure. High-end finishes include millwork wall paneling and wood ceilings, meeting booth (pods) and fabric ceiling panels. The fourth floor also features a servery, catering kitchen and dining area which serve as “All-hands” space.     This project includes a 385,000 SF tenant improvement of two 6-story warm shell office buildings concurrently built by Devcon Construction, Inc. Project consists of primarily office space and executive offices with views of the Moffett Field and Sunnyvale golf course. The project features a gym, cafeteria, server room, usability labs and a 6-story central stair custom millwork wall. Floors 2-6 of each building consisting of approximately 290,000 SF, are built upon a 22” raised access floor with underfloor air and utility distribution which allows for exposed ceilings and an industrial feel to the space. BIM was a large component of the pre-construction phase for the MEP coordination with the access floor system. Project schedule includes seven months for fully outfitted Interiors with core/shell construction coinciding with tenant improvement which creates a major emphasis on schedule synchronization.     This 702,541 SF project consists of a concrete tilt-up shell building with tenant improvements and redesign of the east side of the building to accommodate construction of a rail spur. The building includes 8” unreinforced SOG with dowel baskets at all control joints, concrete tilt-up panels with a 40’ clear height to bottom of truss, loading docks, ESFR fire system, panelized roof system with rigid insulation, as well as, TPO roofing and decorative entries. Tenant improvement includes a full height insulated demising wall, 3,000 SF of office buildout, added dock levelers and rail doors, cooling system to maintain temperature between 60-62 degrees, and design-build MEP and fire sprinklers.
