This project consists of 125,000 SF of interior construction spanning floors 1, 6, 7, & 8 within Moffett Tower C located at the junction of Highways 101 and 237. The space will house 230 employees, which will serve as the world headquarters for Rambus. Extensive sitework and offsite improvements were also included in this phase of the project along with 340,000 SF office tenant improvements on sixteen floors within two existing 8-story buildings for Siemens. Project includes 208 guestrooms and meeting space, retail space, a grand fireplace in the lobby, a signature restaurant and bar seating approximately 95 people, and a luxury spa and fitness center with an outdoor lap pool. The hotel also features 8,500 SF of an indoor meeting space, approximately 5,000 SF of outdoor event space overlooking the Monterey Bay and a stand alone 4-story concrete parking structure for 347 vehicles. This project consists of a 78,000 SF tenant improvement of two floors in a new cold-shell building. The project includes high-end customer areas, executive offices, board room with foldable partition walls, multiple employee collaboration areas, and open office seating. The high-end customer area is particularly unique as it includes a fully-integrated Network Operations Control Center with a video wall consisting of 27 high-resolution monitors, a large break room with custom millwork, and conference rooms connected by an operable roll-down servery. MEP coordination was also an important factor in this project, as the architectural design includes a significant amount of open ceiling areas & diagonal soffit details. Project consists of demolition of an existing one-story building with a basement, to feature a new 15,200 SF three-story concrete retail and office building. A portion of the existing historical facade was kept and integrated with the new construction. Project consisting of three design/build, cast-in-place, reinforced and post-tensioned concrete construction parking garages, each consisting of four levels of above grade parking (3 elevated). Structure 1 is 239,141 SF and provides 788 stalls. Structure 2 is 225,031 SF and provides 741 stalls. Structure 3 is 319,085 SF and provides 1032 stalls. All of the garages feature charging stations for electric vehicles, vehicle monitoring systems, preparations for future photovoltaic systems, upgraded site and garage signage to match the campus, and a texcote finish. This is a two phase project, where cooler boxes and office areas have been turned over and the production area including production line and refrigeration equipment is currently being coordinated with vendors from across the country in America, Italy and France. This 26,000 SF resort renovation and new construction includes the lodge, tennis club, and vineyard areas. Projects consists of an interior demolition and shoring to existing guestrooms, as well as a complete interior remodel and an addition of a 6,000 SF lower floor to make it into a luxury Spa & Fitness Center. The spa features steam showers, massage treatment rooms with fireplaces, and outdoor terraces. Project also includes the renovation of an addition to the existing main lodge to create 6,600 SF of new lobby, meeting space, and retail area, enclosure of an existing Porte Cochere to create a grand lobby and construction of a new pool and jacuzzi deck extending under the tree canopy and grand water features, and tennis club sitework with a new 5,500 SF fitness building. The project features an outdoor swimming pool, kid's water play area, and bocce courts, in addition to a new herb garden set on a hillside within a vineyard. This design/build tenant improvement project consists of a 90,000 SF interior conversion of an existing 185,000 SF concrete tilt-up into a plastics manufacturing facility. Project included an overhead rack distribution system, new customized electrical, mechanical, process piping, and condensed dry air systems to support the thermoplastic injection equipment, and storage housed in 65,000 SF of the one-story space. Special facilities include a tool room, a grinding room, and an outside chiller plant, and two large silos to feed raw materials to the machines. Since the tanks were erected on special concrete pads on the gradient of the loading dock incline, a new and catwalk with safety rail was built to accommodate the change in elevation. The remaining 25,000 SF of office space includes a large break room with an exterior patio, a small break room, large conference areas and perimeter offices. One conference room includes a sliding partition and built-in video projection and audio equipment.
