    Project consisting of demolition to a vacant firehouse building with the historic façade retained and incorporated into the exterior design of the apartment complex. The project features 96,835 SF construction of one 4-story wood framed (Type V-A) multifamily rental development consisting of 66 units over a single level below-grade concrete parking garage housing 47 vehicles. The residential community includes 18 studios, 12 one-bedroom units, 19 two-bedroom units, and 17 three-bedroom units. Interior design features many specialty finishes with focus on acoustical performance and employee collaboration spaces. The architecture takes advantage of a large central atrium with a 6,000 SF skylight, 4-story stair structure, and outdoor patios at top floor.
