This project consists of a multi-pavilion estate residence located on ten acre parcel in Southern Nevada. The major buildings and other architectural elements are steel structure with steel studs. Exterior wall cladding and paving consist of custom quarried European limestone. The project features multiple courtyards with interconnecting water features and pools. The interior architectural design is commensurate with the overall design and incorporates extensive lighting detail, fixtures, and finishes. This 555,000 SF design/build mixed-use high-density residential project serves as a major landmark and gateway to the Peninsula. The development features an urban classic contemporary design of 307 units and approximately 17,000 SF of retail space. The project consists of three main structures; two wood framed residential buildings (one four stories and one five stories) containing 300 rental apartments and seven live work units and a six tiered concrete long span parking structure housing 730 vehicles. All three buildings have concrete drilled piers foundations and the amenities include three courtyards with a pool and jacuzzi, exterior BBQ area and fireplace, resident media center, fitness center, community center and leasing center. Site work consists of parking lot and site utilities for the entire 15-acre project which includes 55,000 SF of plaza/courtyard gathering areas featuring site amenities such as an outdoor stage, bocce ball courts, water features, fire pits, seat walls & benches, outdoor dining areas, public restrooms, and outdoor arcades.
