  • Akamai Floors 3 & 4

    This project consists of a 78,000 SF tenant improvement of two floors in a new cold-shell building. The project includes high-end customer areas, executive offices, board room with foldable partition walls, multiple employee collaboration areas, and open office seating. The high-end customer area is particularly unique as it includes a fully-integrated Network Operations Control Center with a video wall consisting of 27 high-resolution monitors, a large break room with custom millwork, and conference rooms connected by an operable roll-down servery. MEP coordination was also an important factor in this project, as the architectural design includes a significant amount of open ceiling areas & diagonal soffit details.     Project features a complete demolition of the field, landscaping, and fencing in order to reorient the field in a South to North manor, allowing for an expanded spectator area and future buildings. Project includes an impressive Division 1 Softball complex complete with landscape & irrigation, backstop with protection netting, fenced dugouts, and large flood lights for night games. Project featuring new concrete pathways throughout the softball complex. Landscaping is also included on the perimeter of the softball complex to beautify the area for students, pedestrians, and fans. Project featuring a set of stadium style bleachers complete with 200 spacious folding seats, cup holders, ADA accessible spaces, low voltage wiring for a future scoreboard in center field, a backup generator for emergency lighting, and red fines for the future bullpens. Project also includes landscaping, underground utilities, life safety, domestic water lines, sanitary sewer, storm drain, electrical conduit, fire water lines and planning for what Santa Clara University envisions for the Softball Complex in the coming years.     This 49,000 SF 3-story office building consists of steel structure above a 103,000 SF, three level below grade poured-in-place concrete parking structure. Shoring is a beam and lagging with tie back system, and excavation includes contaminated soil and contaminated ground water. The building is a warm shell and includes sitework and infrastructure improvements. Project features glass and aluminum window assemblies, curtain wall assemblies, corrugated metal panels, plaster over metal stud, and a standing seam metal roof.     Prologis Sage Point 7 is a 531,881 SF, 36’ clear height concrete tilt-up warm, dark shell warehouse on 48.34 acres with full site improvements. GameStop, a Fortune 500 company and leading specialty retailer offering games and entertainment products through its E-commerce leasing the warehouse to expand their business and fulfilment capacity in the West Coast. Interior space will be fully built out for GameStop with State-of-the-art technology for the modern distribution needs. Overall project will adhere to the Prologis LEED Volume Program.   • SGI Crittenden Offsite Improvements

    Crittenden Pump Station and Inlet Piping Project: Construction of a storm water pump station and its associated inlet piping. The pump station project consists of a reinforced concrete wet-well, a reinforced masonry building containing three (3) major pumps, two (2) minor pumps, electrical and mechanical works, a detention pond and all discharge piping. The inlet piping project consists of installing 2,000 feet of HDPE pipe. Crittenden Off Site Design Management: Devcon Construction acted as the managing consultant for all off-site design for the Crittenden off-site projects including Crittenden Pump Station, Crittenden Inlet Piping, Crittenden Lane / North Road Improvement Project, and Crittenden Landfill Landscaping Project. Using architectural and engineering consultants, Devcon established a design team for each project and acted as the managing agent in the design process between the consultants, developer, City of Mountain View and other government agencies. Crittenden Lane/North Road Improvement Project: The North Road project includes the construction of a new raised roadway with concrete curbs, underground utilities, fiber-optic conduit bank and site lighting. Also included in the project is the addition of two new traffic lanes to Crittenden Lane including a landscaped median, underground utilities, concrete curbs and sidewalk, site landscaping and irrigation, site lighting, and fiber-optic system. North Access Road And Crittenden Lane Improvement Project: This project includes the construction of a new raised roadway with concrete curbs, underground utilities and site lighting.   • Classic Residence by Hyatt - La Jolla

    This project includes the construction of an independent living facility totaling 765,000 SF. Project features a new 400,000 SF 20-story reinforced concrete tower, a 3-level underground parking structure that is tied into the existing underground parking structure and a one story, 10,000 SF structural steel connector building. Project consists of 184 customized senior living units ranging from 1,500 SF to 3,000 SF and includes over 365,000 SF of sitework and renovation of public areas in the existing 20-story tower. The new tower and connector building also include multiple dining venues; a new indoor pool with locker rooms, exercise rooms and hair salon; conservatory; reading, computer and billiards rooms; and a grand living room. The site was renovated to incorporate a central circular driveway with walking paths, arbors and landscaped terraces. Work includes all infrastructure to connect both new tenant improvements to the Central Utility Plant located between the two new spaces.
