    Demolition of four city blocks to construct four new buildings with below grade parking and a restaurant plaza. The project development includes 715,000 SF of life science space consisting of one 4-story CIP concrete building over 2-level below grade parking and two 4-story CIP concrete buildings over a common 2-level garage. One 4-story steel building over 3-level below grade parking provides 260,000 SF of commercial space with a childcare facility. The site includes a 5,000 SF wood/steel framed restaurant and plaza. The building facades are composed of brick on precast panels, glass, and metal panels and include pavilion and terrace architectural features. The project site scope includes six blocks of public infrastructure improvements, two pedestrian bridges, and site amenities.     This 49,000 SF 3-story office building consists of steel structure above a 103,000 SF, three level below grade poured-in-place concrete parking structure. Shoring is a beam and lagging with tie back system, and excavation includes contaminated soil and contaminated ground water. The building is a warm shell and includes sitework and infrastructure improvements. Project features glass and aluminum window assemblies, curtain wall assemblies, corrugated metal panels, plaster over metal stud, and a standing seam metal roof. Project also consists of an elevated concrete slab, concrete foundation walls and columns, complex shoring, retaining walls, glass and aluminum window assemblies, balconies and concrete patios, plaster and stone exterior veneer. The space will house 230 employees, which will serve as the world headquarters for Rambus.
