  • Zibco - Quality Bicycles

    This project includes a 184,993 SF design/build Thermomass Insulated tilt-up panel building with 40’ clear height on a 10 acre site. The project features 15,000 SF of offices, warehouse office and warehouse restrooms, and consists of a carbon-neutral design with no gas to the building and includes installation of a partial solar array with the expectations to build out the maximum allowable solar array within one year after project demands can be determined. Project also features 16 dock positions with two oversized drive indoors and complete site retention/detention with no runoff to storm drain allowed. Project consists of a multitude of client input including the request to design the project to represent the Reno/Sparks/Tahoe area, thus the use of reveals to create a mountainous theme on the front of the building. The exterior paint color selections are based on the usage of the QBP marketing color palette.   • Endeavor Campus

    This design/build project consists of demolition of a 5-building campus, with new construction of a 3-level, 525,000 SF Class A office building above a 2-level, 540,000 SF below grade parking garage. This iconic, open floor concept building has an exposed, triangular grid structural steel framing over PT concrete podium. Unique features include faceted, architectural roof with 260 triangle skylights, aluminum panel interior “heart” structure, raised floors with underfloor HVAC, in-slab radiant heating/cooling, 220,000 SF of terrazzo flooring and a 90’ central atrium. Project also includes offsite improvements, “make ready” work package with public sewer main relocation, and nine acres of site work.   • Reno Aces Suite Level

    Project 1: Demolition and refresh of Bugsy’s/The Club restaurant that overlooks the left field area from the suite level. Refresh included new flooring, removal of one bar area, addition of buffet cabinetry, bar refresh with a new tile front and updated countertops. The original ceiling in the ceiling coffers were removed and new Armstrong wood ceilings and specialized lighting was added to these areas to create the retro look the Aces were designing for. Project 2: Demolition and updating of one suite and the suite hallway with updated cabinetry, countertops, carpeting, and lighting. The remainder of the suites will be managed in the next year refresh. Project 3: Creating a steel trellis at the rightfield bar. Included structural steel installation for the main trellis structure as well as Longboard (aluminum to look like wood) installed between the structural steel members to create a wood like roofing structure. Lighting, signage, and fans were also added. Project 4: Double Play Area – Included demoing three rows of stadium seats at the medium deck of the stadium and created a multi level party zone with railing and drink rails for a party of 50 people for the Aces.   • SCU Steve Schott Stadium

    NCAA Division I baseball stadium comprised of ball field and approximately 20,000 SF of building space. The playing field, which measures 400 feet to center field, uses a slit-sand system for drainage. Both chair backs and bleachers are provided to accommodate 1,500 spectators. Locker rooms, showers, and a trainer's area make up both the home and visiting team locker buildings. In addition, the home team locker room features a team room equipped for live game feeds, team meetings, and press conferences. The VIP building houses both a luxury box and a press box. A concession/ticket building and a hitting center make up the last two buildings onsite.
