    Devcon lead design/build project with outside architect consisting of demolition of a 5-building campus and “make ready” utility work with new construction featuring a 3-level, 750,000 SF Class A office building above a 2-level, 540,000 SF below grade parking garage. This iconic, open floor concept building has an exposed, triangular grid structural steel framing over PT concrete podium. Unique features include faceted, architectural façade and roof with 287 triangle skylights, terraced floor plates, raised floors with underfloor HVAC, in-slab radiant heating/cooling, living walls, and Mezzanine bar. Project also includes 12 acres of site work including a private park with a 50,000 SF, 65’ tall triangular steel trellis with 450 kW PV panel array, “tree house” structures for working outside, and an elevated bridge connection to Phase I Endeavor building. The project will receive a LEED Gold rating.   • Albright Campus

    This project features a 22-acre site featuring a campus consisting of two new 3-story warm shells and two 4-story warm shells totaling 525,000 SF. The project also includes one new parking structure to accommodate 955 stalls with a bridge spanning between two of the office buildings. The skin features metal panels, glass and GFRC, while the site includes new paved parking areas and outdoor seating areas.     This project features a 206,000 SF tenant improvement within a 4-story warm shell consisting of office and software lab functions, cafeteria and espresso bar, and training rooms. Interior design features many specialty finishes with focus on acoustical performance and employee collaboration spaces. The architecture takes advantage of a large central atrium with a 6,000 SF skylight, 4-story stair structure, and outdoor patios at top floor. Office space is primarily open plan with exposed systems, and specialty lighting and acoustical panels throughout.     482,261 project consisting of three individual 5-level structures consisting of 265 luxury condominium units, formed by five unique floor plan layouts ranging from 750 SF to 1,600 SF situated on a 4.5 acre site. A 2-level commons building located in the center of the development includes a gym and meeting area. The structures are divided by landscaped courtyard areas resting on a concrete podium 12’ above street level and the building exterior is made up of a preserved historical brick façade with in-fill plaster and metal panel sections. Below is an underground 454 stall parking garage with tenant lockers and access to the elevators. The structures are supported by the Dietrich system, made up of high-strength steel framing and structural light gauge metal framing.     This 180,000 SF project consists of two 4-story apartment buildings built on a concrete podium with parking below. Project features 100 live/work apartments with 10’-0” ceilings on the lower floors and vaulted ceilings on the top floors. The buildings are designed to be compatible to the existing architecture as well as the historical elements that surround the site.   • SCU Leavey Locker Room

    This project consists of a new 4,000 SF state-of-the-art locker room and training center for the men’s and women’s basketball teams. Located on the ground level of the Leavey Center, the locker rooms feature custom cherry lockers installed on a radius wall, each with back-lit displays, dedicated power/usb ports, and leather seating. The ceilings of both locker rooms will have a video graphic display on a floating soffit, and large flat screen LED TVs. Project includes team showers and restroom facilities with custom ceramic tile logos, two player lounges with leather seating, LED TVs and café bars with stainless steel appliances. The coach’s rooms offer private offices, cherry lockers, as well as showers and restrooms. Project also features a central training center that adjoins both team spaces with custom taping tables, ice machines, and training staff office.     This project includes the construction of a 9,100 capacity Triple-A baseball stadium for a new minor league baseball team. Project includes a club house, locker rooms, training rooms, team offices, and retail component. Project also features private suites, party areas, picnic areas, concession food preparation and sales area, batting cages, and bullpens. Site work consists of mass grade of a new bowl area and the structure includes concrete and steel construction. This project included a fast-track design/assist schedule of 10 total months (for both design & construction) with a completion date of April 2009.
