Cupertino Tech Campus Cupertino, CA This 317,000 SF project consists of a 77,000 SF state of the art 2-story above ground building, and a 4-level parking garage with 3-levels below grade; the parking garage provides 600 vehicle spaces. The building is a concrete structure with perimeter full height glass, raised access flooring, lobby with feature stair case and stone walls, and a 200 seat theater in addition to the tenant improvements. Tenant improvements consists of high end finishes and rooms such as briefing centers, pods, labs, Alpi Veneer paneling, custom wood ceilings, custom fabric ceilings and custom 12’ high acoustical storefront system. Tire Rack Warehouse & Office Sparks, NV This 287,040 SF design/build cast-in-place concrete tilt-up warehouse expansion features a 1,400 SF office expansion and warehouse improvements including 7” slab-on-grade, 8” thick concrete tilt-up panel walls, exterior storefront glazing & clerestory windows, panelized roof structure, 1% skylight coverage, 60 mil TPO roofing over R-19 rigid insulation, LED warehouse lighting, warehouse restrooms, six dock positions complete with dock equipment, and four added battery charging stations. 625-685 Clyde Mountain View, CA This project features the demolition of a 4-building campus with new construction of 385,000 SF Class A office space. The new space consists of two 6-story post-tension concrete structures with glass curtain wall and GFRC skin. The buildings also feature round concrete columns and upturned beams/caps hidden under a raised access floor system to create a fully flat underside of deck. The project includes offsite improvements, as well as 8.85 acres of site work; it also consists of a new 5-level and a new 6-level parking structure totaling 320,000 SF, featuring precast skin, glass elevator enclosures, and PV panels at the roof. Rambus Headquarters Sunnyvale, CA This project consists of 125,000 SF of interior construction spanning floors 1, 6, 7, & 8 within Moffett Tower C located at the junction of Highways 101 and 237.
