The three separate apartment buildings house 160 units that feature exterior stone veneers over plaster system and granite counter tops with fine cabinetry. Surrounding the three apartment buildings are the 96 town home units that also include granite counter tops, upscale interior finishes and an exotic 80 paint coloring scheme to reflect the diversity of each unit.
