    2800 Sand Hill Menlo Park, CA Project consists of extensive renovations to the site, building shell, and interior. The interior scope consists of a 33,000 SF, 2-story interior remodel including structural renovations, replacement of all existing HVAC units, addition of a new interior stair, and new interior framing and finishes. Modifications to the existing shell include replacement of glazing systems, addition of skylights, replacement of the roof eaves with metal lattice, and addition of a 2nd floor balcony lounge.     3333 Scott Blvd. Parking Structure Santa Clara, CA Project consists of one new five-story parking structure totaling approximately 950,000 SF and one new three-story parking structure totaling approximately 311,000 SF. Structure features precast concrete beams and columns with poured in place decks, a geo-pier foundation, as well as provisions for electrical vehicle charges at the roof and ground floor level.   • St. Francis Burns Family Pavilion

    St. Francis Burns Family Pavilion Mountain View, CA This two phase 53,500 SF project consists of the demolition of an antiquated gym, construction of a new gym, and renovation of an existing gym with construction scheduled to provide the client with uninterrupted use of at least one facility. The new construction includes a 28,500 SF basketball and volleyball gym with retractable grandstand seating, scoreboard, state of the art audio/visual system, concessions, main lobby, locker rooms complete with restrooms, showers and over 500 student lockers. The project also features a 6,500 SF fitness and weight room on the second floor with a high impact medicine ball wall, astroturf, cardio and weight machines, trainer’s offices and facilities to include hydrotherapy rooms. The renovation of the existing gym consists of seismic and Code upgrades as well as an addition of a 2,000 SF dance and yoga studio, video production studio, radio studio, varsity team rooms complete with showers, lockers and coaches offices, and a 2,000 square foot athletic department addition.   • Voyager Campus

    Voyager Campus Santa Clara, CA Devcon lead design/build project with outside architect consisting of demolition of a 5-building campus and “make ready” utility work with new construction featuring a 3-level, 750,000 SF Class A office building above a 2-level, 540,000 SF below grade parking garage. This iconic, open floor concept building has an exposed, triangular grid structural steel framing over PT concrete podium. Unique features include faceted, architectural façade and roof with 287 triangle skylights, terraced floor plates, raised floors with underfloor HVAC, in-slab radiant heating/cooling, living walls, and Mezzanine bar. Project also includes 12 acres of site work including a private park with a 50,000 SF, 65’ tall triangular steel trellis with 450 kW PV panel array, “tree house” structures for working outside, and an elevated bridge connection to Phase I Endeavor building. The project will receive a LEED Gold rating. The STEM complex combines academic, research, adminis¬trative, social and innovation activity spaces in support of the university’s academic degree programs within the STEM and related fields. The new complex is occupied by faculty, students and staff within the STEM areas of study and by those outside the STEM fields. It also houses space and programs for partnerships with regional private industry and global social and environmental initiatives.     East Palo Alto Corporate Center East Palo Alto, CA This project features a 206,000 SF tenant improvement within a 4-story warm shell consisting of office and software lab functions, cafeteria and espresso bar, and training rooms. Interior design features many specialty finishes with focus on acoustical performance and employee collaboration spaces. The architecture takes advantage of a large central atrium with a 6,000 SF skylight, 4-story stair structure, and outdoor patios at top floor. Office space is primarily open plan with exposed systems, and specialty lighting and acoustical panels throughout. Site work consists of site accessibility, hard scape and landscaping upgrades including new amenities such as employee BBQ and sport courts.   • SCU Locatelli Student Activities Center

    SCU Locatelli Student Activities Center Santa Clara, CA This new design/build 16,000 SF student center consists of a large gathering hall at the first floor and offices and conference rooms at the second floor. This steel-framed building has been designed in the Mission style typical of the SCU campus, with a plaster exterior, arcade walkways, wood trellises, and a clay tile roof. The goal for the project is a LEED Gold certification, through the use of recycled materials, energy-efficient mechanical systems, natural ventilation, natural light, etc. Extensive sitework, including a new Alumni Park area, is included in the scope of work.     Shoreline Corporate Campus Mountain View, CA 595,000 SF project consisting of a two-story steel structure on an 800,000 SF site. The project features office, amenity, central plant and parking accommodations enclosed by a canopy roof structure with semi-circular clerestories and photovoltaic panels. The second level consists of interconnected tabular floorplates with differing elevations. Interior improvements include open office space, conference rooms, food service, and fitness areas. 595,000 SF interior improvements primarily on two floors, inside an iconic structure with curved/segmented roof canopy. Project includes five cafeterias, full studio event presentation space, fitness center, 200,000 SF of meeting/collaboration spaces, and 275,000 SF of open office on raised access floor. The interior design is a prototype for future company improvements, with majority of work as custom construction.     Joaquin Campus Mountain View, CA This project consists of a 64,000 SF exterior skin remodel and tenant improvement project includes major demolition of exterior and interior of existing space in multiple phases. The first phase includes demolition of existing non-structural interior spaces and complete removal of an existing ductwork level and equipment level. The second phase includes major structural and exterior demolition and remodel of the existing structure and curtain wall. The third phase features a tenant improvement build out of all new office space, complete MEP system upgrade, a new cafe, and 2nd floor mezzanine to house a Tech Talk. The building is to be the most energy efficient building on the corporate Mountain View campus.
